Promotia organizata de FSR are ca premiu un autovehicul comercial si se desfasoara pe intreg teritoriul Romaniei, fiind accesibila tuturor clientilor Fabrica de Scule Rasnov, persoane juridice, prin reprezentantul legal al acestora. FSR has a modern LEICA DM2500M metallographic system and several software solutions for metallographic examinations.
The Leica QMetals applications package allows 5 different possible examinations:
Leica QGrain - measures the number of particles per specific average size, surface or length, in accordance with specific standards and requirements
Leica QCoating - measures the thickness and width of the layer (e.g. protection or paint layer on the metal)
Leica QDecarburisation - measures the depth or spread of the decarburizering on a particular area
Leica QNodules - examines the graphite nodules, measuring the surface and shape of each nodule
Leica QPhase - measures the phases percentage; multiple phases may be displayed simultaneously for the same visual area and its identified with different colours
